Return Policy
Before returning any product, customers must contact the Coach & Equipment Parts Department at 1-800-724-8464 to obtain authorization for the return.
All parts must be returned within 30 days except electrical part(s), which must be returned in 10 days from the date that the part(s) are received. A restocking fee of 20% may or may not be charged depending upon the circumstances at the time.
If authorization is agreed upon, the Coach & Equipment Parts Department will mail, fax or email the customer a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. When you send in your return, please write the RMA number on the box and enclose the completed RMA form along with the packing slip or invoice. Please keep a copy of the RMA form for your records.

When the returned part(s) along with the RMA and invoice or packing slip are received by Coach & Equipment, a credit will be issued. If the parts are not returned by 10 business days after the RMA is issued, the RMA may be cancelled.
